By pre-registering for or using the DCKO website, you agree to the terms below. These terms govern your relationship with Drop Fake Studios (the operator of DCKO) and supplement, but do not replace, any agreements you accept on the App Store, Google Play, or in-game.

1. Eligibility

DCKO is rated for ages 16 and older. By using this site you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.

2. Pre-registration

Pre-registration does not guarantee access at any specific time. Your email address is used only to confirm pre-registration and to notify you of launch milestones; see the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable Use

Don't break the law, harass other users, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape the site, or impersonate anyone.

4. Intellectual Property

DC, the DC logo, and all related characters and elements are trademarks of and © DC Comics. Drop Fake Studios builds and operates DCKO under license. Don't use DC marks without permission.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the home page or by email before they take effect.
