End-User License Agreement

This EULA applies to the DCKO game once it ships. Pre-registration on this website does not constitute a license to play; you accept the full EULA when you install the game on iOS or Android.

License Grant

Drop Fake Studios grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use DCKO on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Terms of Service.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code.
• No cheating, exploiting bugs, or running unauthorised modifications.
• No commercial use of the client outside in-game economy permitted by the game.

In-Game Purchases

Virtual items purchased in DCKO are licensed for in-game use only and have no real-world value. Refunds are governed by the App Store / Google Play policies you accept at install time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this EULA or the Terms of Service. You may stop using the game at any time; your virtual items terminate with your account.
